We didn't do any "formal" schooling today. I just couldn't bring myself to break up the cooperation going on between Buddha and Bugga. They played and played and played together ALL DAY today. And they did it happily. They played with Legos, they played with cars, they played with the cardboard box in the backyard. They pretended, they created, they imagined, they invented, and they conquered.
It was a thing of beauty.
But I did have an epiphany while reading my scriptures today. If no other "schooling" happens during the day, I want to at least accomplish our morning devotional scripture study and then work in some reading aloud. I feel that those are the most important things should all else be thrown to the wind like today.
