Finito Completo!
He's finished! The Chief finished all his law school obligations yesterday. On Friday he took his last final which was Insurance Law and then yesterday he completed his last journal entry for his Mediation class. The Chief's parents will arrive late tomorrow night to spend the week celebrating with us, and The Chief will receive his diploma this Friday (well, he'll walk and get his blank piece of paper...the diploma actually comes in the mail)! Now he can dedicate all his time to pursuing his real true love...GOLF! :) Just kidding, he'll actually be spending all his time now studying to take the California Bar Exam at the end of July. It's really hard for both of us to believe that this day has already arrived! Three years has really flown by. This sounds cliche, but it really does seem like just yesterday that we were moving into our new condo. I was pregnant with Buddha and The Chief was preparing to begin law school. Now three years, two kids, a guaranteed job position in SD, and a diploma later, we get to join "the real world." What an adventure this has been! The Chief has made some lifelong friends and I've thoroughly enjoyed nurturing our little family throughout. We are immensely proud of our "Papa!"

Congrats you guys! You deserve it. I'm really happy for you!
Congratulations!!! I remember when you moved it too. Wish we could have stuck around. I miss that condo. Good luck studying for the CA bar.
Congratulations to both of you!! Such an accomplishment and I am sure a thrilling thing to have behind you! Good luck out there in the real world!
YAY FOR YOU! We are really happy for you guys. FYI, in the beach pictures, Park was in his car seat covered and crying because it was so windy.

It may be posting me as "Mom," but it's a lie. I'm Dad. All the commentators are correct; it's an extraordinary thing you have accomplished, and it does take two to achieve something so dramatic as a Law degree and two children (or maybe that should be two children and a Law degree). Success to you, Chief, as you prepare for the California bar, and success to you, Elizabeth, as you continue to support The Chief and raise those two little jewels. I hope you go to the Temple together to also celebrate your accomplishment by covenanting once again to use your future resources and abilities to help build the kingdom of God on earth, the greatest Cause in the world. We sure love you, and we're anxious to see all four of you in just a few months. - Abba O
