Dun Dun Duuuun....

Yep, it finally happened. Today, Bugga hopped the fence. He flew the coop. He escaped his almost-two-year sleeping prison. And now he's officially a toddler, sleeping in a toddler bed. So far, so good. He went to bed tonight without coming out once. Now, wish me luck tomorrow during his nap time. That will be the clincher. Buddha and Bugga will be starting swimming lessons tomorrow, so hopefully that will help wear Bugga out before naps and then, cross your fingers, maybe he'll just zonk without any shenanigans. Toodle-oo.

That is such a familiar picture. Evan just climbed out of his crib last week and we have been going through the toddler bed adventures ever since. Its fun but they eventually figure it out and life goes on! Have fun!

Cribs must be deeper now because Daniel and Joseph hopped theirs at 17 months. I just kept putting them back in since I didn't have another bed for them until later.

I must have timid kids because neither of mine have ever tried it! Although we did find Katelyn in her crib the other morning without pants and a diaper ... That's an adventure waiting to happen! Good luck with the toddler bed. I hope he converts easily!

I am just waiting any day now for Halle to climb out of the crib. She loves to climb on other furniture. I just have a feeling that she will be the first of our kids to try and climb out. I loved the picture of Anders. I hope that nap time goes well for you.
