"It Burns, It Burns!"
So today I was trying to incorporate exercise into playing with my kids. I was lying on my back with my legs tucked into my belly/chest, and I was having Buddha climb on the front of my shins and then hold on for dear life as I extended my legs straight up over and over and over again. After a couple sets of ten (the kid is close to 35 lbs now, in my defense), I told Buddha he had to get off for a minute. Being the wuss that I am, I was already panting and gasping and rolling around on the floor exclaiming, "It burns! Oh it burns the legs!" Buddha, being the genius that he is, calmly replied, "How about sunblock, Mommy?" By the way, I did manage to finish one more set of ten after my meltdown, so it must not have hurt that bad. Go ahead, call me SheRa.

Mighty Sheera is confused. What's the question????

Soren is as clever as his mother is strong. Keep writing down all the little things those boys say and do. But do record them in your hard-copy journal as well as this blog, in case anything ever happens to your computer. A few days ago our computer (Daniel's former HP) just stopped working. We couldn't call up or get into anything -- scary! We had the Area office personnel take our tower and clean it, and everything worked again. It was seriously dirty inside. Too many years of dust and grime. Anyway, the counsel is: get all this in hard-copy print, too. Love and blessings from the lands of Father Lehi.
SHEERA!
Thanks Miriam.
You Princess of Power you! What a thoughtful thing to say! I love when the kiddos come up with cute things like that. It really does help heal the pain in its own way.
Oh sorry, I was just wondering where all the comments went on the other posts, but then today they came back! Ta-da! My computer is MESSED UP. I agree with mom and dad- back up everything. And yes, your sons are amazing, intelligent, and oh so cute in that santa outfit. I was going to buy Ari one, but then I realized I'd make him wear it nonstop for the next month, and even at church every Sunday...he might get a complex. :) I really miss Soren and Anders- can't you fly up here tomorrow? Forget about your new calling! haha
ok i finally got it to work! i would not work for me at first, but now it is! thanks for your help!

Oh yes, definitely Sheera. I'm afraid to even lay on the floor cause crystal runs up and body slams me every time...that's my exercise.
Soren is so cute and SO smart! I bet you get a big kick out of him just about every day! We miss you!
I loved the story. I am just impressed you were working out in the first place. Congrats on your calling. I know you will do a great job! We had an open house this last weekend and all the friends were there. They all think you will do great. We missed not having you there.

I'm glad you found my link, Barbara. I'm always frustrated when I can't find out how to do something, so I thought I'd share it with everyone else. Besides, the site where I got those instructions is no longer accessible...I don't know why, it's just not there anymore. Good luck! It's so much fun to switch up the blog!
