This is our read-aloud book right now. I've been picking books that have been made into movies (especially if it's an old classic like Old Yeller) so that we can read the book first, then watch the movie. We're enjoying the movies, but I'm also trying to show them that while movies are fun, the book version of stories is almost always way better. So far it's working. :D
