CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
12 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup softened butterWhip cream cheese, honey, and butter until very smooth. Spread on top of cool cake and sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts or pecans. Store leftovers in fridge.

This was the first time that Liz made this and it was a total success. This frosting is really good, but I am still undecided as to which topping I like more. I am leaning toward the apple sauce topping, but that is personal preference.
Liz, you are quite the chef. It seems like you are always cooking up something good. I love your crepes that we always have at our get togethers..mmmmm!I need to try some of your recipes. Thanks for sharing them.
Oh, mmmm...I love those crepes, too! :) Maybe I'll make some of those next. :) I like to bake, but I'm not a huge fan of cooking. I think it's because with cooking you often have two or three things that need to come together to make the whole meal. Timing is a beast with cooking. With baking, you just throw everything together and let it cook. Much easier in my book! :)
